Polly Klement is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner
with over 20 years of experience in the medical field. Her journey began in nursing, where she developed a deep appreciation for patient-centered care-especially in high-acuity settings, including emergency medicine.
Today, Polly brings that same passion for care to primary care, focusing on building lasting relationships and helping patients achieve their best health at every stage of life.

Polly has spent the majority of her nursing career in emergency medicine, where she gained extensive experience in treating patients of all ages with a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.

Her drive to make a deeper impact led her to further her education and become a Family Nurse Practitioner. She now focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, and helping patients achieve long-term health and wellness.

Polly is known for her approachable nature, thorough care, and genuine passion for helping others feel their best.
